The Queen on the Mountain

Coming together at the stunning Mountin Winery in Saratoga,CA, a group of VIP leadership team members immersed themselves in a fictional world based on theories of leadership development they had been studying for the past week.

The participants investigated their own relationship to advanced leadership approaches and navigated challenges by making decisions which impacted the ultimate fate of this fictional world.
